The INCHEQS CTCS-Ready Cheque Clearing System caters for the entire 4 legs of the cheque clearing processes – Outward Clearing, Inward Return, Inward Clearing, and Outward Return.

Our manufacturer from Malaysia have divided INCHEQS offering into two distinct product offerings:

  • INCHEQS Inward Clearing System (ICS)
  • INCHEQS Outward Clearing System (OCS)

 

INCHEQS Inward Clearing System (ICS)
The INCHEQS Inward Clearing System (ICS) is a full-blown and robust Inward Cheque Clearing system which was developed to take full advantage of Cheque Truncation capabilities. Formerly known as ICCS or Intelligent Cheque Clearing System, the new INCHEQS ICS is entirely web-based and can thus be deployed over multiple branches, allowing for cost effectiveness, ease of deployment, training and flexible workflow. It also features a robust Signature Verification System which allows cheques to be verified side – by – side with signature specimens and signing conditions.

 

INCHEQS Signature Verification System
The INCHEQS Signature Verification System (SVS) migrates current signatures and conditions into the system and provides a central solution to scan new signatures and signing conditions. A single screen in INCHEQS technical verification screen allows easy navigation and facilitates eyeball verification of signature. The system Integrates with Central Bank Return codes and interfaces to Scanners using the ABBYY SDK for support of standard scanners which are TWAIN Compliant.

 

INCHEQS Positive Pay System
The INCHEQS Positive Pay System (PPS) runs on the same platform as the ICS and also shares the same database and ASP framework. It employs the ABBYY Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) engine from ABBYY Software Ltd to handle the scanning of cheque images for the Payee name, MICR code, Date of cheque, courtesy and legal amount.

 

The system is able to handle positive pay items (cashiers order, demand draft and Bankers Acceptance).
